Stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316, and aluminium — the materials ordinary steel welding cannot handle.
We weld stainless steel in grades AISI 304 and AISI 316, and aluminium. These materials are unforgiving: stainless discolours and loses its corrosion resistance if the heat input is wrong, and aluminium moves far more than steel as it cools. Getting a clean, sound weld in either is a matter of controlled heat and the right preparation, not of a bigger machine — which is why we treat it as its own service rather than an extra on the metalworking list.
